A mishka_installer plugin on "auth:providers" (MishkaCmsCore.Accounts.SignInProvider), started by MishkaCmsAuthGitHub.Application: installed, it adds GitHub to every site's Security tab → Sign-in methods, where each site switches it on and sets its keys.

Signing in with a GitHub account: Assent.Strategy.Github through the core's one provider strategy, with an OAuth app made under GitHub → Settings → Developer settings → OAuth Apps. Its authorization callback URL is the site's MishkaCmsCore.Accounts.SignInProvider.callback_url/1. The account's primary email is the one used, and only when GitHub says it is verified.
